Psy's 'Gangnam Style' the most-watched YouTube video of all time. With Popularity in Nepal

Psy's culthit song 'Gangnam Style' which was released on July 15, 2012 has officially become the most-watched YouTube video of all time with 11 million hits leaving plateaued views of Bieber's track 'Baby' behind which has 803 million views.
The video of 34-year-old SouthKorean pop star  had already received the distinct for being the most "liked"  (5 million) YouTube video ever in September this year. 

"#GangnamStyle just became the most watched video @YouTube!! #History," Psy tweeted Saturday whose real name is Park Jae-sang.
 Psy who was born in Seoul, in the upscale Gangnam district has told Billboard magazine that a collaboration between him and Bieber  might happen in the future & it is said that he has been approached by with Justin Bieber's management company.


United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and rapper Psy, both South Korean met for the first time onTuesday at UN headquarters in New York. The UN chief who felt overshadowed by the rapper  even risked a few of Psy's trademark dance moves. The two praised each other for their accomplishments: "So now you have first and second famous Korean in the same building," Psy told reporters.

The phrase "Gangnam Style" is a Korean neologism that refers to a lifestyle associated with the hipster District, Gangnam  of South Korea's capital city,Seoul.

Gangnam Style popularity in Nepali Community
Gangam Star started being popular in Nepali Community when Mundre (Jitu Nepal), an actor started dancing in the style in popular nepali teleserial, Jire Khursani.

Following the popularity, a video named as " Gangnam Rajesh Hamal Style" has been uploaded on Youtube by .
 In the edited funny video, popular Nepali Actor And Actress Rajesh Hamal And Karishma Manandhar are dancing in an old Nepali Movie. The video was uploaded on Nov 15, 2012 with target of 1 million views but as on Nov 25, it has got only 43372 views with  likes & 29 dislikes.
