Need of change - Nepal

We say that our government is inefficient, there is no system everywhere, laws are too old, political parties are doing nothing, public organization are of deaf ear, municipality does not show responsibility. We complain that electricity & water projects (MELAMCHI) are a joke. Airline & airport is the worst in the world. But have we ever just tried from our local or individual level to put an end to these problems?

We give examples of foreign system & compare with ours but have we dare to be in system? We tend to buy fake mark-sheets & even thesis too. We chuck garbage wherever we like: rivers, roadside as if we are of late 1000 centuries. We park vehicles anywhere as if we are so busy & have no time to put them on suitable place . But when the same WE are in foreign nation, do we dare to be like that? We wouldn't chuck anywhere nor we throw out bag of rubbish like as from Bagmati bridge. People cant think of buying fake certificate from New York. Can we even think of spitting on the streets of London? We can respect and conform to a foreign system in their country but cannot be like that in our own?

A system consists of our neighbors, households, cities, communities and the government but definitely not me and YOU. When it comes to us actually making a positive contribution to the  system we lock ourselves along with our families into a safe cocoon and look into the distance at countries far away and wait for some magician to come & work miracles for us with a majestic sweep
of his hand or we leave the country and run away.
